About Andrea Saposnik:

I have 25 years of experience teaching voice to children, teens, and adults. My teaching focuses on healthy, natural singing for all styles, and my students include classical vocalists, musical theater
performers, and popular artists. I have studied vocal anatomy and physiology intensively, participating in the New York Singing Teachers’ Association’s Professional Development Program for distinguished voice professionals. I am also certified in Somatic Voicework™, a method for teaching popular genres and Broadway belt in a healthy manner. I have taught at Greenwich House Music School, New York City, and at the Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, and I currently maintain a private voice studio in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. I hold the D.M.A. from CUNY Graduate Center, the M.M. from Yale University, and the B.M. and B.A. from Oberlin College and Conservatory.
